Redesign and obsolescence support
A board you depend on can't be built as drawn: a component has reached end of life, a connector has left the market, or a supplier changed a part. Redesign and obsolescence support replaces what's unavailable and updates the affected parts of the design — documented and re-verified — without turning it into a new product.

Obsolescence review
Every BOM line is checked for lifecycle status and current availability — not only the part that failed. You see the whole risk picture once, instead of one surprise per build.

Replacement selection
Form-fit-function replacements where they exist, with differences stated. Where they don't, the options are laid out — last-time stock, a footprint change, or a circuit change — and you choose.

Controlled design update
Footprint, circuit, and layout changes are made as a new revision, with the reason for each change recorded. Nothing else on the board is touched.

Re-verification
Updated samples are built and checked against the same requirements as the original, so "updated" also means "still works" — and the new revision becomes the one that gets built from now on.
