PCB Ramp helps hardware teams, equipment owners, and maintenance groups get circuit boards built—starting from an existing board with no design files, or from design files with no boards. We work with engineering and manufacturing partners and provide a consistent project contact from first assessment to delivery.
Partners do the specialist work. Your contact runs the project.
Reverse engineering, fabrication, assembly, and test are carried out by partners selected for each job. Your PCB Ramp contact assesses the board or files, writes the quotation, briefs the partners, holds the current file package, brings decisions to you, and reports status through delivery and repeat builds.
Assess and quote
Boards and file packages are reviewed before anything is priced. The quotation lists deliverables, verification, price, and lead time.
Select and brief partners
Each job goes to a partner suited to the board and the quantity. Who is involved is disclosed at quotation.
Files and approvals
One current revision of every file. Substitutions and design changes are proposed with the differences stated and made only with your approval.
Status and delivery
One person reports progress, delivers boards and documentation, and runs follow-on builds from the same files.

Who runs the project?
One PCB Ramp project contact, from the assessment or file review through delivery and follow-on production. If partners change between stages, your contact doesn't.
How is scope agreed?
In a written quotation after the assessment or file review: deliverables item by item, what verification means for this board, price, lead time, and the assumptions behind them. Work begins when you approve it.
How are design changes and substitutions handled?
Each is proposed with what changes, why, and the alternatives, and made only with your approval. Approved changes are recorded against the revision so a build six months later matches.
How are files handled?
Files, photos, and boards are used only to assess, quote, and carry out your project, and shared only with the partners working on it. An NDA can be put in place before you share more than photos. Recovered documentation belongs to you.
How is testing defined?
Before the build. The quotation states what "pass" means for your board, how many boards are tested, what is reported, and what happens on a failure. If you don't have a test procedure yet, we agree one with you first.
