PCB fabrication
Bare printed circuit boards built from your manufacturing files — or from files recovered by reverse engineering — by a fabricator matched to the board's specification and quantity. Usually one line inside an assembly order; also available on its own when you assemble elsewhere.

From file check to boards in hand
File review
Layers, outline, drill data, and fabrication notes are checked for consistency before anything is quoted. Missing notes come back as questions, not as assumptions.
Specification confirmed
Layer count, material, copper weight, surface finish, mask and legend, and any controlled-impedance or special requirements are confirmed in writing — as your files state them or as you decide during review.
Fabricator matched
The board is placed with a fabrication partner suited to its technology and quantity. PCB Ramp selects the fabricator and stays accountable for the order.
Delivered where needed
Boards go straight into the assembly stage of your project, or ship to you if you're assembling elsewhere.
Bare boards only makes sense when…
- You assemble in-house or already have an assembler, and just need the boards.
- You want to validate a layout — fit, connectors, mechanical — before committing to a parts buy.
- You're rebuilding the bare PCB of a reverse-engineered board and will move the original components across yourself.
Send the fabrication data.
Choose "bare PCB" on the quote form, attach your files, and name the quantities. If you'd rather have the boards assembled too, choose "assembled PCB" and add the BOM and pick-and-place.
